Kareem Ladki

Kareem Ladki is a former youth soccer director and elite coach with nearly a decade of international experience driving high-performance programs in the United States and Lebanon. He specializes in building high-intensity training environments that transform raw player potential into top-level talent.

Most recently, Kareem served as the Boys U11–U19 Director and ECNL Director at Potomac Soccer Club. Before his time in the U.S., he co-founded and directed the Pro Football Academy in Beirut, scaling it from 25 to over 300 players in its first year. His international resume also includes serving as Assistant Manager for professional club Racing Beirut.

Josh Gresser

Josh Gresser is a youth soccer coach with nearly a decade of experience cultivating top-tier talent across the United States' premier youth platforms. He specializes in utilizing high-intensity, small-sided game methodologies to sharpen tactical IQ, maximize player touches, and sharpen a player's capabilities.

Most recently, Josh served as an Assistant Coach for Potomac Soccer Club's ECNL program. His extensive coaching resume also includes serving as Head Coach for Villarreal Virginia's U14 ECNL RL team, Head Coach for IFA Boston's MLS NEXT/NAL squads, and Assistant Coach for Pipeline SC's 2009 age group—a roster that went on to capture an ECNL National Championship.

Gio Llamas is an active collegiate standout and specialized goalkeeper coach dedicated to developing the next generation of dominant shot-stoppers. Combining his current experience as an NCAA Division II starting goalkeeper with international playing experience in Brazil, Gio specializes in mastering the technical and tactical demands of the modern position. He utilizes his background in sports psychology to build unshakable player confidence, sharp decision-making, and elite distribution skills under pressure.

In 2023, Gio founded Gio Keeper Training in Montgomery County, MD, designing specialized curricula focused on high-repetition shot-stopping, footwork, and positioning for youth goalkeepers. His high-performance coaching pedigree also includes serving as the specialized camp goalkeeper coach for top-tier regional programs, including Bethesda Soccer Club and FourSoccer in Washington, D.C., where he has consistently helped young athletes translate raw physical potential into high-level matchday performance.
