Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

• Account & contact info — parent/guardian name, email, and phone number; the athlete’s name; the account email used to sign in; and a password (see “Passwords” below).
• Player profile — age group, club team, preferred and alternate positions, and self-described strengths and areas for improvement. Sharing allergy or medical information is optional and used only so coaches can plan safely around it.
• Booking & scheduling — sessions, camps, and drop-ins you book: dates, times, locations, assigned coach, and group session invites you send or receive.
• Payment details — we do not process or store credit card, debit card, or bank account numbers. Payment is made directly to FuturePro via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, cash, or check; we only store which method you chose and, if you provide one, your payment handle (e.g. a Venmo @username) so staff can match your payment to your booking.
• Communications — messages you send your coach through the platform, and any posts or replies you make on the community Discussion board.
• Coaching records — session notes and training plans your coach records about your development.
• Program interest forms — if you express interest in a program (e.g. After School, Disney Cup), we collect the athlete’s name and email and the parent’s name.
• Promo codes — any promo code you enter at signup or checkout.
• Usage & device data — the pages you visit, the page that referred you, and your device type (mobile, tablet, or desktop). We collect this through our own lightweight analytics and through Vercel Analytics. A randomly generated session ID, stored in your browser’s session storage and cleared when you close the tab, groups page views from the same visit — it isn’t tied to your identity unless you’re logged in.
• Cookies — an fp_user cookie holding your email, name, and role so the site can show you as signed in, and an fp_session cookie, which is private (HTTP-only) and cryptographically signed, used only to verify staff/administrator logins. We don’t use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

Passwords

Your password is hashed with bcrypt before it’s stored. We do not store your password in plain text, and no one at FuturePro — including staff — can view it. If you forget your password, you’ll reset it through a one-time emailed link rather than have us look it up.

How We Use Your Information

• Create and manage your account
• Schedule, confirm, and manage training sessions, camps, and drop-ins
• Send confirmations, reminders, receipts, password resets, and occasional re-engagement emails if you haven't booked in a while
• Track training progress and coaching notes
• Verify manual payments
• Prevent duplicate accounts by checking whether an email is already registered
• Keep participants safe (e.g. allergy awareness)
• Understand site usage in aggregate to improve the platform

How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

• Our coaches and staff, so they can train and communicate with you
• Our administrator(s), who manage the platform and confirm payments
• The service providers that run FuturePro’s infrastructure, solely so they can provide that infrastructure to us: Supabase (database hosting), Resend (transactional email), and Vercel (website hosting and analytics)
• Anyone else, if required to by law

Community & Messaging Visibility

• Posts and replies you make on the Discussion board are visible to other logged-in FuturePro users, along with your display name and email.
• Direct messages between you and your coach are visible only to you, your coach, and FuturePro administrators.

Data Retention

We keep your information while your account is active. You, or your parent/guardian, can request deletion at any time by emailing kistats23@gmail.com. An administrator can permanently delete an account and its associated bookings and coaching notes.

Children's Privacy

FuturePro accounts are built for youth athletes and are always created and managed by a parent or guardian, who reviews this Policy and consents on the athlete’s behalf. We only collect the information described above, and only to run the training program. If you’re a parent and believe we’ve collected more than necessary, contact us and we’ll correct it.

Your Rights & Choices

• Access or correct your information — through your account Settings, or by emailing us.
• Request deletion of your account and data — email kistats23@gmail.com.
• Opt out of non-essential emails, like re-engagement reminders — contact us. You'll still receive essential account and booking emails.

Security

Passwords are hashed with bcrypt. Administrator sessions use a signed, HTTP-only cookie that can’t be read or forged from the browser. No online system is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information appropriately for the size and nature of our platform.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as FuturePro grows. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Policy.
