These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of FuturePro LLC’s (“FuturePro,” “we,” “us”) website and platform at futureprosoccer.com, including booking training sessions, camps, and drop-ins. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms. If you’re creating an account for a minor athlete, you’re agreeing to these Terms on their behalf as their parent or guardian.
Eligibility & Accounts
- Athlete accounts must be created by a parent or guardian, who is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided and for the athlete's compliance with these Terms.
- You must provide accurate, current information when you register and keep it up to date.
- You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
- One account per athlete.
Our Services
- FuturePro provides supplemental, individual and small-group soccer training, camps, and drop-in sessions. FuturePro is not affiliated with, and does not replace, any club, school, or league team an athlete plays for.
- Session availability, coaches, locations, and pricing are subject to change.
Payments
- Payment for sessions, camps, and packages is made directly to FuturePro via Venmo, CashApp, Zelle, cash, or check, as selected at checkout.
- Sessions and camp spots are confirmed once FuturePro has verified receipt of payment.
- Refunds aren’t automatic and are handled case-by-case — contact kistats23@gmail.com to request one.
- Promo codes are limited-use and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
Assumption of Risk & Liability
- Soccer training involves inherent physical risk, including the risk of injury. By enrolling in FuturePro training, camps, or drop-ins, you acknowledge and accept these risks on behalf of yourself and/or the athlete.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, FuturePro and its coaches and staff are not liable for injuries sustained during training, except where caused by our gross negligence or willful misconduct.
- Please make sure your coach is aware of any medical conditions or allergies relevant to training. This is not a substitute for medical care, and you remain responsible for the athlete's medical needs at sessions.
Code of Conduct
- Be respectful to coaches, staff, and other members in the Discussion board and messaging.
- Content you post in Discussion is visible to other users — don't post anything you don't want shared with the FuturePro community.
- FuturePro may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms or that we determine, at our discretion, to be abusive, unsafe, or inappropriate.
Intellectual Property
The FuturePro name, branding, and platform content are owned by FuturePro LLC. You may not copy or use them without our permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms. You may request deletion of your account at any time.
Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The platform and services are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, FuturePro is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or services.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as FuturePro grows. We’ll update the “Last updated” date above when we do. Continuing to use the platform after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
